Making Candyfloss   how is candyfloss made ?

Candyfloss is made using ordinary refined white sugar. The machine was invented way back in 1897 in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, and the method is still the same. The spinning head contains an element that melts the sugar, which then is spun out through tiny holes to form slim threads, making the feathery candy that melts in your mouth. Our company can make candyfloss in six different colours and flavours.

Health and Nutrition

Many people do not realise that a stick of candyfloss contains less sugar than a typical can of soft drink, and the amount of calories contained in this amount of sugar is therefore small.

Machine Hire

We do not hire machines. Machines are fragile and it is difficult for a first time operator to cope with the demands of an event such as a school gala. It is easy to get burnt too –remember it is melted sugar that is spinning out! Then you will need to source flavouring, colouring, sticks, and bags…This is why many schools use our company year after year!
